Midnight Runaway

Midnight RunawayStudents were given a treat to celebrate this year’s Feast Day with the appearance of a boy band called Midnight Runaway.  The three members of the band arrived at lunch time and set up their equipment for the planned performance at 2.30pm. Unfortunately the lead vocalist in the group discovered quite late that he was unable to sing due to a throat infection.

Music Showcase The final showcase from the Performing Arts Department happened on Tuesday 8th March when the student musicians performed their work in front of an audience of friends and family. The majority of the content of the show included examination work for GCSE and A level examinations, but a number of younger students also performed.

As usual the performances were outstanding and much appreciated by the audience.
