Midnight Runaway

Midnight RunawayStudents were given a treat to celebrate this year’s Feast Day with the appearance of a boy band called Midnight Runaway.  The three members of the band arrived at lunch time and set up their equipment for the planned performance at 2.30pm. Unfortunately the lead vocalist in the group discovered quite late that he was unable to sing due to a throat infection.

Themed Food

Themed FoodPupils will be able to sample Indian and Chinese cuisine during Thursday lunchtime this week and next week.

An Indian themed menu will be available on Thursday 19th January 2017 and a Chinese menu, to celebrate Chinese New Year, on Thursday 26th January.

In addition to this pupils will be invited to take part in a competition to construct an origami rooster.  Instructions are detailed below.

Sing-a-Long

Sing-a LongThe term finally ended with the students gathering on the ‘Spanish Steps’ for a sing-a-long of Christmas songs. Resonate staff and our own staff provided the musical accompaniment while members of the choir led the singing.
